Campaign Design & Event Promotion

Whether you’re running a campaign or promoting an event, we handle the whole thing. Initial concept, key visual, and every asset needed to roll it out properly, whether that’s across social and print or signage and screens on the day.

Multi-Channel Campaign & Event Design

We work on seasonal and always-on campaigns, product and service launches, public sector awareness work, and retail rollouts running across several sites at once. Every asset is art-directed for wherever it’s landing rather than resized from one master file, and where a campaign spans multiple locations we’ll build toolkits so teams can apply it consistently.

Event promotion works the same way. We create the campaign that gets people through the door and the artwork they see when they arrive, from social, digital and out-of-home beforehand through to signage, wayfinding and event graphics on the day. Designing both together is what keeps them looking like the same thing.

The Concept

Every project starts with a concept. We develop creative territories and routes, exploring different angles before landing on the idea that gives the campaign its direction. That means a clear creative vision that everyone’s bought into before any artwork gets made. Getting this right at the start is what separates campaigns that feel cohesive from ones that feel like a collection of assets.

Approved Creative

With the idea agreed, we build the key visual and everything that sits within it. Master lockups and variants, typography and colour, photography and/or illustration direction. We then help you plan what’s going to be needed and where so we can create guidelines for the rollout.

The Rollout

With the key visuals signed off, we produce everything the project needs. Digital and print artwork, animated assets, social content and any channel-specific adaptations. Everything’s built to the same standard as the key visual, so nothing looks like an afterthought when it goes live.

Campaign Design FAQs

What is a creative campaign?

A creative campaign is a single idea rolled out consistently across multiple channels over a set period. Campaigns are used for all sorts of things – promoting a retail event or seasonal moment, launching a product or service, or raising awareness of something people need to know about. We’ve worked on campaigns across retail, including summer events for shopping centres, and public sector awareness campaigns for the NHS. Whatever the objective, the campaign is held together by a shared concept, key visual and message, so everything from a social post to a billboard feels like part of the same thing.

What makes a campaign work?

A strong idea that’s simple enough to carry across every channel it needs to reach. Campaigns fall down when the concept is too complicated to translate, or when the artwork gets adapted so heavily for different formats that it stops feeling like one campaign. Getting the idea and the key visual right at the start is what keeps everything consistent once it’s live.

What is event promotion?

Event promotion is the creative that gets people to an event and shapes what they see when they’re there. That usually means a campaign running across social, digital and print beforehand, then on-site artwork like signage, wayfinding and event graphics once it’s live. Both sides need to feel connected, which is easier when they’re designed together.

What are campaign guidelines?

Campaign guidelines set out how the creative should be applied across different channels and formats. They cover things like layout rules, typography, colour and asset specifications, so the campaign stays consistent whoever is producing the artwork and wherever it appears.

What channels does a campaign usually cover?

It depends on the audience and the objective. Most campaigns run across a mix of digital and print, which might include paid social, digital display, out-of-home, POS and in-store, email and web. Retail campaigns often lean more heavily on physical and in-store formats, while awareness campaigns tend to be more digital-led.
