NHS Online Help – Digital & Print Campaign Design
- Creative
Campaign Snapshot
We developed a digital-first awareness campaign to support the NHS Online Help service, combining creative design and digital innovation to make healthcare access clearer and more convenient. Our design-led approach ensured patients could easily find and connect with local GP practices online while engaging with a visually consistent campaign identity across multiple touchpoints.

Our Approach
The NHS needed to communicate a new way for patients to access medical advice without relying on phone calls or in-person visits. Design was at the heart of the challenge – patients needed a simple, intuitive experience that built trust. By creating a strong campaign identity and clear digital design system, we were able to help people understand the benefits of using the NHS’s online services.
What We Created
We designed and built an interactive website featuring a postcode search tool that gave patients quick access to GP practices in their area. To reinforce awareness, we developed a full creative suite: social media content design, campaign posters, animated explainer videos, and digital screens for surgeries. Every piece was carefully crafted to be accessible, easy to use, and consistent with NHS design guidelines – bringing together UX design and visual communication to maximise impact.

Overall Impact
The campaign’s design system proved highly effective, leading to eventually being repurposed for national use by different NHS regions (including the link nhs.uk/findaGP). By focusing on clear communication and user-friendly digital design, the campaign made healthcare information easier to access and supported the NHS’s vision for digital-first services. Its success demonstrates how thoughtful design can transform public sector campaigns into nationally recognised initiatives.
While this campaign has now concluded, our partnership with the NHS continues. We’re proud to keep supporting the health service on a variety of design and communication briefs, helping to make vital information clearer, more accessible and more engaging for patients across the UK.
