It’s a ‘blue riband’ accolade, with entries open to agencies not just from the north of England, but also Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The Social Media Agency award was one of three, below, we won on the night, alongside Integrated PR Agency of the Year and a Best Use of Evaluation gong.
As an agency we’ve picked up 14 industry PR and social media awards in the last eight months. No mean feat.
The Umpf team has produced consistently outstanding work, for a range of clients in varying sectors. Great ideas sit at the centre of many of these campaigns, but it’s not just that; we’ve delivered work that’s innovative, unique, insightful and commercially astute.
Work that has not just delivered against client objectives, but far exceeded them.
Campaigns have ranged from ‘Best Use of Media Relations’, and ‘Best Use of Social Media’ to ‘Best Use of Research and Evaluation’, ‘Most Innovative Product’ and ‘Digital Marketing Campaign of the Year’.
And at varying budgets; we’ve also picked up a few ‘Best Low Budget’ campaigns, too.
One campaign that’s really caught the eye of awards’ judges in the last 12 months is our Sport Social Media Index. Launched in 2013, the Social Media Index is Umpf’s proprietary social media analytics tool. Following the Sports Index, we launched the F1 Social Media Index and, this month, the inaugural English Tourism Social Media Index. Further Indices will follow.
Looking at the range – and the results – of campaigns we’ve launched in the months since those award entries were submitted, the standards have been raised yet further. (See our post early next month when we look back at our March campaigns).
But, for now, we are enjoying our current award wins, knowing that our recent client work has been recognised by industry judges as being amongst the finest in the country.
