Leeds (full-time, 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH)
We’re a small, busy, agency in Leeds city centre and we’re looking for a mid-weight to senior designer to join the team. This isn’t a ‘pixel pusher’ role, we’re looking for someone who can think, suggest, challenge (nicely), and crack on. What we’re looking for…
Strong at:
Campaign concepting & ideas
You can take a brief and come back with solid thinking and creative routes – not just execution.
Self-starting
We’re small and agile. You won’t get step-by-step instructions for everything, so you need to be comfortable taking initiative and owning your work.
Working to tight timeframes
Some days are calm, some days are fast. You know how to prioritise and keep quality high.
Communication
Clear, honest and confident including speaking directly with clients. Crucially, you’re happy to ask questions when something isn’t clear.
Good to have:
Website design
Ideally comfortable designing in Figma.
Brand work
From creating brands to evolving existing ones.
Organisation
You don’t let things slip through the cracks.
Nice but not essential:
Animation / motion
A bonus, not a deal-breaker and there’s opportunity to develop this if it’s something you’re interested in.
The practical stuff:
– Leeds-based (we’re in the city centre)
– Full-time (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH)
– Flexible hours

Salary:
Salary will be offered in line with experience and qualifications. Applicants are invited to include their salary expectations in their application.
