We’re pleased to welcome Hayley to the Umpf team as our new Mid-Weight Designer. Bringing more than nine years of agency experience, including time at Leeds-based Home and IMA, she joins us with a strong creative background and a proven track record of delivering thoughtful, high-quality design work. Although she’s only been with us for a couple of weeks, Hayley has already settled in brilliantly and feels like a natural fit within the team.
One of the things that stood out straight away is her attention to detail and ability to really get to grips with a brand. Whether it’s refining the smaller design details or helping keep creative work consistent, she brings a thoughtful and considered approach to what she does. All of that together means she is not only a great addition to the design team, but will also help us naturally grow and strengthen our design offering for all our clients.
As we continue building on our refreshed agency brand and culture, bringing talented and collaborative people into the business is a huge part of what we’re trying to achieve. We’re confident Hayley will be a brilliant addition to both the team and the wider business.
