New Twitter Logo Created Entirely From Circles

Twitter announced on its blog this week a redesign of the Twitter bird logo.

In Twitter’s words “There’s no longer a need for text, bubbled typefaces, or a lowercase “t” to represent Twitter”, so now it’s just the bird.

However, what was more eye-cathching was news that ‘the bird’ is crafted purely from three sets of overlapping circles.

There’s a nice corporate Twitter video here, but we think our version using two images from Swedish web agency UPPERDOG is much more interesting!
