What to expect when expecting with NHS Bradford

The Umpf Studio’s creative for Bradford District and Craven’s Health and Care Partnership was revealed last month.  We developed a campaign look and feel for an infant health initiative which launched on 31 May and will run throughout the summer. The creative work spans print and digital, including a multi-language animation video explainer – www.helpforyouandbaby.org

A Farke-ing good PR stunt for Trinity Leeds

The team worked on a super-fast turnaround stunt for Trinity Leeds shopping centre at the end of May.  Just eight days after Leeds secured a place in the Championship Play-Off Final, we unveiled a huge, 294-square-metre portrait of Leeds United manager Daniel Farke as a ‘good luck’ message to the club ahead of the Wembley final.  The 21m by 14m portrait was created on the centre’s iconic glass dome roof.

There was blanket media coverage across Yorkshire with broadcast pieces on both BBC and ITV, all the local radio stations, a full-page YEP front cover, a half-page print piece in The Sun, plus Daily Mail, online, influencers and social media

Championing charity shopping with a huge second-hand fashion launch

The ‘department store for second-hand style’, Charity Super.Mkt opened its doors to shoppers in Buchanan Galleries, and the Umpf team headed to Glasgow  to support its successful launch by ensuring the news was heard far and wide.

As a result, we achieved 21 pieces of coverage in titles such as The Scottish Sun and Glasgow Live with a reach of over 23M.
After a successful opening, we even had the chance to scour the rails ourselves and bag a couple of second-hand finds!

It’s coming home… to Bluewater

May brought the long-awaited opening of Bluewater’s million-pound immersive football experience, Ballerz.

The launch on 16th May brought together the Ballerz ambassadors, Rio Ferdinand, Bobby Zamora, and Roberto Carlos to play in Battle of the Ballerz, alongside big names from the world of football, music and influencers.

The Umpf team managed media interviews with the celebrity ambassadors on the night, with titles in attendance including Metro, Daily Mail, Global Radio and The Sun. Team Umpf also hosted a private preview for ITV ahead of the launch event, where they recorded a feature for the regional evening news and a permanent piece on ITV X.

In total, the entire campaign has seen 108 clippings secured (to date) with a whopping reach of 196.3million.
